Used in medical, pharmaceutical and chemical research laborteries. Consists of a imported half shade nicol polariser, analyser, 100mm. diameter circular scale divided in degrees 0-3600 x 10 and a sugar scale divided -300 to +1300 x 10 ISS, a divided micrometer drum is given to read 0.050(3 minutes0 and 0.10 ISS, the scale is properly  illuminated for taking readings, the body is very sturdy and a seperate sodium lamp stand is provided. Complete with polarimeter tube, bobble traps at the centre, 200mm. without sodium lamp, stand and transformer.

Designed to accept observation tube upto 220 mm length. Its improved rotating half shadow system at the front ensures perfect focus and clear definition. With angular glass scale 0-360°,divided into degrees and reading upto 0.05° with micrometer. A sugar scale from 30° to 120° reads upto 0.1 sugar degree. Supplied complete with two polarimeter tubes, 100 mm and 200 mm, and dust cover.
