This is a double walled unit mounted horizontally on a sturdy, heavy mild steel tubular stand duly painted . the inner wall is made up of 18 SWG stainless steel sheet duly argon arc welded . outer wall is of thick s.s. plate and is provided with radial locking system which ensures complete risk free and leakproof sterilization . door when in operation or under pressure . pressure is adjustable from 10 to 20 p.s.i. fitted with pressure gauze. Safety valve and steam release valve. Horizontal autoclaves are available with or without s.s. boiler for units fitted with S.S. boiler, separate valves for injecting the steam into the main chamber and releasing the steam in atmosphere after use re provided hydraulically tested up to 40 P.S.I. . automatic vacuum breaker is provided to break the vacuum in case of vacuum due to steam condensation . fitted with automatic pressure gauze control switch and automatic low water level cut off device. Triple Walled The inner chamber , steam jacket, outer chamber and boiler are made of heavy gauze stainless steel with leak proof argon arc welding . the radial locking lid is made of thick S.S. plate. All units are hydraulically tested up to 40 P.S.I. the space between the outer chamber and steam jacket is filled with asbestos sheet or glass wool to minimize the thermal losses. Steam boiler is fitted with water level indicator , pressure gauze low water level cut off device and automatic pressure control device indfoss piezostat . Hinged self locking S.S. door cannot be opened when under pressure. The self locking S.S. door automatically disengages the thread mechanism when in operation or is under pressure. Fitted with a dial thermometer to indicate inner temperature and vacuum breaker to break vacuum in case of formation of vacuum due to steam condensation. Two separate valves are provided with for evacuating steam from inner chamber and jacket as and when desired. To work on 440 volts, 3 phase supply .
